Complimentary Counseling Consultation + Personalized Roadmap

 Not sure where to start?

1. Schedule a complimentary 20–30 minute consultation to talk through what you’re experiencing, what you want to change, and whether I may be the right counselor to help.

2. After our conversation, I’ll send you a brief Personalized Counseling Roadmap that may include:

  • the main concerns and patterns we identified
  • possible areas to explore in counseling
  • preliminary counseling goals
  • recommended areas of focus
  • a suggested direction for the first 8–10 sessions

There is no obligation to schedule counseling afterward.

The goal is simple: help you leave the consultation with greater clarity about what may be going on, what you want to work toward, and what a path forward could look like.
