Working with early childhood students (and their parents) is a passion and a strength for Amy. Over the years she fell in love with teaching English Language Arts and making learning to read and write FUN! Personal
Amy is a wife and partner with Ryan Helton and together they are raising their three boys as well as a bonus fourth fur boy, Teddy, a Maltese mix. Amy is learning how to slow down while her family keeps her busy. She loves cooking, watching The Food Network, and reading recipes on Pinterest. She enjoys finding healthy plant based recipes to prepare for her family and the challenge of making healthy swaps that are delicious. She is a lover of Mexican food, chocolate, and gluten free sweet treats. Amy can be found listening to live music, attending concerts, and dancing her heart out in a workout class or around town. She enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing with her green tea matcha latte.
