Fitness Training & Nutritional Coaching

At Mastering ME LLC, we truly believe that there is no substitute (not counseling/coaching) for taking care of your physical health! If you want to feel better, exercise and your physical fitness is one of the most powerful tools you can develop a habit around! Despite the positive effects, we also know this habit is hard to create and challenging to maintain. This is where fitness training and coaching can help you!

FITNESS & NUTRITION Coaching

Initial Phone Consultation (15 minutes)

Let's first ensure that your needs and our services align! For a variety of reasons, sometimes they don't, which is okay, and we can provide recommendations!

Initial Intake/Assessment (90 minutes)

An Initial Assessment/Intake (qualitative review, inventories, questionnaires, assessments) will be gathered and used to provide valuable information to guide your fitness & nutrition goals.  An assessment generates a baseline that provides insight, increases awareness of strengths/weaknesses, which is helpful to formulate the goals you want to target.  We will routinely measure your progress next to this baseline. 

Fitness Training & Nutritional Coaching (45 or 60 minutes)

Fitness Training & Nutrition Coaching includes providing instruction and support on your personalized physical training plan, processing of successes/progress and ongoing struggles. Reviewing applicable fitness & nutrition logs. The frequency of the fitness & training coaching sessions can be anywhere from multiple times per week to weekly to bi-weekly to monthly (depending on your needs).   

Fitness Training & Nutritional Coaching PACKAGES (45 or 60 minutes)

 45 minute sessions:
⁃ 25 sessions = $1375 ($125 Savings)
⁃ 50 sessions: $2500 ($500 Savings)

60 minute sessions
⁃ 25 sessions = $1625 ($125 Savings)
⁃ 50 sessions = $3000 ($500 Savings)
